Asking for owner.  When I ask who is calling he says he is from the Chamber of Commerce.  On further questioning, he is from the AMERICAN Chamber of Commerce.  Kept trying to get me to say the word "yes".  Played with him til I tired of his game and the blocked him.

kept asking questions for a yes reply and when i wouldn't answer they ended up hanging up on me.

A woman called and asked for the Owner. She claimed she was from the Chamber of Commerce and was calling to gather information on small business. When I told her I was unable to provide further information without my manager's consent and asked for a number to call her back she said no that's okay and hung up.

A female asked for information about the owner of the business. I answered her question, then asked for the name of her company. She hung up. I returned the call, but reached a voice message.

We have been receiving hang up calls from this number.  There is no one on the line when we answer.
