Just got a call @ 4:40 am from this number. Didn't answer it and no message left

Called at 5:09AM!!! Come on, even fraudsters need to allow us to sleep. Stupid con artists.

They called me at 1030 pm at night

Called,  at 10pm, no message. Im thinking, it could be repoe co. Or police, had bad experiences, years ago.

Called at 2:20am. Didn't leave a message. I think this area code is in China. DO NOT ANSWER!!! $$$

398 is an 'unassigned' area code. Ignore this caller. When you do answer, your # is marked as active and you will receive more calls.

Received call around 2 pm. There was no response in other end, and I hung up. I also figure it is a phishing call and will probably get more calls since they know it is a good number. At least the call I received was not in the middle of the night.

Called my cell phone at 11:03 pm.  Did not leave a message.  I'm blocking it.

Called at 3:56 am. The phone rang and rang. I finally answered it. No one said anything. I said hello, they hung up.
I called back they let the phone ring and then auto hang up.

Called at 5:16am, hung up right when I answered.

They rang at 12:29 a.m! My grandmother just died yesterday & there's a lot of family traveling from all over the country to get back home... 12:29 A.M.! Also, my husband was at the firehouse & is at least every 3 days. 12:29 a.m.?!?! Do you know what people think when phones ring after midnight?!? Of course you do! Took me over an hour to get back to sleep. I hate whoever this is & hope they rot.
