Called me at 4:30am. Someone needs to be shot. Pushed over to voicemail and they left no message.

Got a call just a few minutes ago from the same number and all they said is "sorry" and hung up

Called at 11:00 P.M. I said hello and someone said I'm sorry and hung up. They're sorry alright! Get a life people!

When I answered it was man who said "I'm sorry" and hung up. He sounded like he was crying. It creeped me the f**k out! Like in a scary movie, right before the psycho killer does something crazy...

Woah! I got the same call about an hour ago! It sounded like he was crying, to me.

Called at 10:15pm tonight. Ignored it. No voicemail. Call back says the number cant be completed as dialed.

Just called at 1147 pm. I didn't answer but a male voice that was crying left a voicemail thay said " I'm sorry "

Back on Page 5, ANON posted below. Most likely explanation. 398 isn't even being used (future area code), so there is no single person to get mad at. They are just forwarding through that number so they cant be tracked:
"398 is an 'unassigned' area code. Ignore this caller. When you do answer, your # is marked as active and you will receive more calls"

Called at 1: 20 am did not answer wide awake now !

The moron called at 5 minutes after midnite! Didn't recognize the number,  so I didn't answer...
