Credit Card Processing - called twice left voicemail on second.

Spam - requested to be remove from list.

harassment 24/7 on credit card processing solutions

Tried to tell me they wanted to install some kind of POS system which was odd to say the least. Thought they had the wrong number, but suspect it was an opening line to some sales pitch. Didn't catch company name but had this number.

Yet ANOTHER credit card processing company.  At least this particular woman was polite and did take no for an answer - at least for now.

Yep, another telemarketer from rhode island.

Guy called our business asking for the owner or bookkeeper (who actually uses the term bookkeeper anymore?).  I asked what the call was in regards to and he hung up.

I just got a call from this number on my business phone asking for me directly, and I always ask who is calling before saying whether or not its me, and she hung up on me.

Our company received a call from this number at 0935 hours.  A woman asked for the "business owner" and actually volunteered her company name of "East Commerce Solutions."  When informed that the owner doesn't work in the office, he works on the road she said, "Okay, thank you," and disconnected.  It wasn't until after I put the receiver down that I realized it must be yet another credit card processor.  It wasn't until I checked here that I realized that they've called at least once before with the same experience (July 2012.)  It's possible that they've called since then but someone else answered the phone.  It always amuses me when people assume they have to speak with the "owner."  The owner doesn't deal with these kinds of things, I do, and yet they apparently assume that the person who picks up the phone has no authority to make decisions.  

East Commerce Solutions called our business again this morning at 1054 hours.  Again, a woman asked to speak to the person responsible for our merchant account.  I gave her the business, explaining - at length - why we were not interested.  She immediately and politely told me that if we weren't interested she would no longer call us.  Being so used to pushy telemarketers, I was taken by surprise.  By the end of the call we were both laughing and she promised to no longer bother us.  Let's see if it's true.

Called this morning looking for an employee who left here 10 years ago!

Was an American woman who seemed reasonably polite but still, an unsolicited call for a service we don't want or desire.

Our phone logs go as far back as 2010. They've called here on:

if East Commerce Solutions doesn't honor the national do not call list - why would I want to do business with them? I can't say with any certainty, but I don't think its merchant solutions - its more than likely a front to steal your personal information by spoofing east commerce solutions' phone number. Never do business with anyone that contacts you first, where you have to give out your SSN or EIN.

Thanks, all, for providing the info. after doing the necessary legwork.  I never answer but will notate what and whom they are... thieves and not  a real company or are spoofing thru a real company's number.  Unless expecting a call from this particular merchant, why bother to answer (unless you must as a receptionist in a business etc.)

Asked for me by name explained someone met with me last week .I was Closed Something was NOT RIGHT ASKED  Add My Number To Do Not Call List .

Called twice within 24 hours.  Wanted to schedule representative to my office both times. Said they were calling off my biz card.  Told to remove my name from their list twice.  Blocked both numbers

Rec'd call. No message.  Caller ID: East Commerce    Will block

I missed the call, they left a vm, East Commerce solutions. Caller id says AC Painting & Wallcovering. I blocked the number.

East Commerce solutions. Asked for owner of company, was polite and not pushy when I said he was not available. Still blocked the call.
