They just called me. They are disregarding the "Do not call" list. I didn't answer. I never answer if caller ID Is obscure, obsured, or blocked.

Called nad hung up, the height if rudness for sure!

Called misleadingly saying FBI reports break ins.
Scam.
Multiple calls.

They called my house this morning and would not say anything when I answered.  Very rude.  I am on the Do Not Call List.

Caller ID said CUSTOMER SERVICE.  No response when I picked up the line.

In my opinion these people are criminals.  We need a Truth in Caller ID Act with Criminal Penalties -- like 25 years to life in federal prison for violation -- from the actual peon to the owner of the company -- PRISON HARD TIME.

Eventually, either the TELCOs will have to get their act together and do something; or Congress will; and the TELCOs will not like Congress' solution.

I am an ATT customer; and I'm ready to drop landline service and all phone service.  I can get by without a phone.

The criminals keep calling cause they think they are above the law. Once they are locked up for a long time, the calls will stop.

Thank you, Bill, for doing all that research.  I am sick of getting calls from this number, so I called the 800 number you listed, where I was invited to "leave a message".  I left a really good one!

So stop complaining, people, and just block it!  phonetray.com is the answer.

Hell I've been blocking them for months!  Each time they just call back using a different area code and number.    253-382-9923 (Washington), 339-502-6710 (Mass.), 860-899-2700 (Conn.)  401-558-0006 (R.I.),  661-414-0171,  and the list goes on.    I just wonder if these jerks ever thought about what a hostile group of what might have been potential customers if they are creating.  My next stop is to block all numbers except those in my local area code.  If anyone else needs to contact me,  they can just use Granny Mail USPS.

The DNC list is only for law abiding US Citizens.  People are calling you from everywhere else in the world as a result of the Internet. Do you get it now? Also, non profits, charities and politicians in America can call you in most states from 9AM to 9PM.  Do you get the idea now? The only people who can't call you are the legitimate businesses. You've killed them so now you must worry about the rest of the world using VOIP (voice over internet protocol)

Bill in Ga,  while a do appreciate your efforts,  I doubt that any company who has an easily found business location and identity  is going to mass harass all of America like these SOBs are doing.  I have blocked over 20 of their CID numbers so far, and they keep calling daily on a different one.  Calls coming from different states and some with only one digit difference in the numbers. They are spoofing their numbers.  I have researched some of the numbers and found a Dental Clinic,  A Financial Co.,  Import Gift store,  and a Muffler shop.  No company would commit financial suicide with this kind of daily telephone harassment that is typical to scammers.  A few years back there was a scam going on offering free security alarms and 3 months free protection.  All you had to do was pay the installation fee of $75 and the first months monitoring cost of $25........what happened then was when you gave them your cc or debit card number,  they emptied your account and you never heard from them again.   These people are scammers.   Instead of trying to block them,  I believe that everyone should go ahead and get a rep. on the line and pretend to be interested,  and keep them busy as long as possible.
