it sucks.........they are scam

This number called on 1/31/2011 and I pressed '2' to be removed. [called during the day]

This number then called on 2/1/2011 and I pressed '1' and asked the person who responded to remove my number from their database. [called at 12:36 p.m.]

This number also called on 2/2/2011 and I pressed '1' and told the person that my number is a business number and that they have called three days in a row, and to please remove my number from their database. [called at 10:36 a.m.]

I keep getting these calls and it is a record saying "If you would like to be place on our do not call list please press 1"  then they hang up.  I think they are trying to use of cell phone minutes, so don't answer them.  When I see numbers I do not recognize then I just don't answer.  I will call back on a land line to see if they are these stupid callers.

I have blocked all of these peoples numbers, I've pressed 2 numerous times to remove my name from their marketing list.  They have persisted to call me over the last 4 years.  Make them go AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I am tired of their ridiculous efforts to scam  off of innocent hard working people!

I don't know how they get hold of my phone number.  It is definitely annoying to get a phone call like this, tryint to sell mortgage.

After weeks of calls, 3-4 a day, I pressed "1" and said "Remove this niiumber".  The man screamed back at me "NEVER!" and hung up!

Just got a second call from this number. Recording about owing 10,000 dollars in back taxes. First of all I am in college, and do not have any back taxes. Pressed 1 and was connected to Mike, and very politely asked to be removed. "yeah sure no problem" was his answer.

Called my landline 5:31pm est.  Surprised b/c no one ever calls that number anymore...  Recorded message about lowering my mortgage.  press 1 to speak to a live rep, press 2 to remove.  Neither attempts to press 1 or 2 did anything recording kept playing.

Called back (from payphone) and got a recorded message asking if I would like to be removed...

The call I got from this number was a recorded message which began, "This is your loan modification department..." I knew this was totally false. Whoever it is needs to be stopped.

I received the same call twice a day by this number. We tell them everyday to stop calling, my morgage rate is fine. So since they won't stop, I now blow a high pitched whistle into the phone when one of the fools picks up. I have to wear ear muffs to blow it. I hope I shatter their ear drums.

Four calls in two days. Mortgage payment help. I don't mind "messing" with companies that don't use the DNC list...so I sometimes press one to be connected. I was polite but each time the operator was rude, argumentative, or even abusive. I almost (almost) feel sorry for the unemployed folks who wind up working such a crappy job!

They scam people out of their personal information. Be careful of these types of companies.
I don't answer them. They are like all the others that call doing the same scams. Just don't give
out personal info to these types of calls.

report calls to FTC, your atty Gen office & phone company & complaint on the Do Not Call registry site.  I just sent in 243 calls for 6 mos worth of calls in 2010 to al of these places & if they dont answer in 30 days will go to media about investigating....it's ridiculous!  I have asked them to remove my # & they just hang up efore you are done asking!!

Report them to the FTC, also make a complaint to the Do Not Call registry, and your Attorney Generals office.

I am on do not call list & received 243 calls in 60 mos last yr!  FTC says they have to get multiple complaints for a certain phone # before tehy can do anything!

I told my Atty Gen office that if the FTC can't do anything then  they should shut down the FTC & DNC Regsistry or  cut on their budget.

i get so many of these calls, i'm so fed up

the exact same thing happened to me with these idiots.  i have reported them to the "donotcall.gov" website so many times, my fingers hurt.

I get calls from this number with no way to block them. I have reported them as I am on the Do Not Call list, but with no results

they keep calling

This number called my cell phone several times ... when responding to "remove my number" the calls increased.  Not only did the calls not stop but I've received 4 more in just one week ...
