Great; more morons who have no idea who they are calling.....
No one by the name of their victims at our number, and no debt owed to anyone; yet they waste their own time & ours by calling anyway.

Was going to unplug the phones until we needed to make an outgoing call, but just discovered I can turn off all the ringers....  Good lordy, it's going to be quiet in our house from now on !

According to an attorney I have reviewing this abuse of the do not call laws, this tele # 402-201-2770 actually belongs to a company called 'Nebraska Claims Association of Omaha'.   Apparently, they also can spoof the caller id info you see on your phone.      
My attorney says to record their calls, ask them while recording to remove your phone #, and let him know if that doesn't stop the calls.   He then has reasonable cause and evidence to take them to court; and they will get to pay several thousands of dollars to continue their unlawful actions.
For those of you tired of the constant harassment, suing these people would be one way to make a living.....

Ya third time this week called a couple months back asked to take me off the call list because who they're looking for doesn't have this cell phone number anymore and i have no ideal who shawanda Jennings is... and the sons of a bleeps keep calling again and again is it against the law to record a conversation without notifying them that they are being recorded in Nebraska

It's Merchant Credit Adjusters of omaha.. if you call that number now it will give you a web address to "pay your bill online"... I'm assuming there probably won't be any way on their website to contact them, such as street address or real phone number... I spoke with a "Kathy" and told her to take my number off of her calling list... she said she would so we'll see if that works.. if it doesn't.. i'm going to post their number on a gay midget personals website and anywhere else i can so their phone bill will be huge.. maybe I should post an ad on Craigslist in other states with their number??  :)
