We have been receiving these "Rachel" calls for the last few months form several different area codes and numbers. When we block one number they call from another number. This is truly a scam. Do not give these people any credit card or personal information. filing complaints with the do not call registry might help but the attorney generals office might be a better option. I guess the best advice is if you don't recognize the area code or number, don't answer the call.

I got a call from this number on my cell phone--it identified itself as "Cardholder Services" and asked me to "press 1" to talk to someone about lowering my interest rate. I think it was a fraud.

I got a call from them too, a few times. I put them in my contact list, along with others that do the same as "Do Not Answer". This way I know not to pick up when they call again. So annoying!!

i get these calls twice a week and the auto-voice tells me that my credit card promo is about to expire but i can switch for a lower rate to them.  i have listened thru to find an option to stop them....there is none.  i have waited until a live rep came on line to ask the rep to stop the calls...they hung up on me.  i then take another call and asked the rep what company they represent and am hung up on. i am citing one instance of repeated harassment.   i am on the no call registry list.  i should not be getting these calls.  i can't imagine what benefit they are getting from placing the call and keeping me on hold for a while.  how does that make them money?  more importantly, how do i report them?

I'm on the do not call list.

This number called me an automated voice says I can lower my interest rates on my Credit Card. I DONT own a credit card so why would they be calling me?!? I pushed 1 to talk to a live rep and she asks "would you like to lower your interest rate today?" I said no I just want to know why you keep calling me I dont own a credit card!" She mumbled something then hung up.
This is not the first time either.

It says it from Credit Card Services, is the final notice and is about lowering your rates.  I pressed "1" to speak to a rep but was put on hold so I hung up.  Definitely a spam call.

Another unknown number..I do not answer unknown numbers. I am on the Do Not Call list so what is going on?

I answered the call and it was from "credit member services" stating that due to my prompt payment of my credit card (they supposably service all visa, mastercard, american express, etc) I was automatically entered/submitted to them for a lower interest rate. The woman on the phone could not identify which one of my credit card companies gave her my info, and when I told her that I didnt have a credit card she hung up. Sounds like a scam to me!

I get call from this number all the time about lower rates on credit cards--
10 to 12 call in the last 2-3 weeks, I wait to talk to some one they answer and after I tell what I want they hang up.

This number called my cell - automated message about credit cards, I pressed #1 to get a representative, who immediately wanted to sign me up for $5000 credit limit.  I asked three times who they represented - without response, and they then hung-up.

Don't give them any information, just waste their time...  and report them to do-not-call.gov

You can register your cell under the federal no call list.  They called me too, I'll file a complaint when I get home.

This is a company trying to get your credit card info. It is a fraud. Do not respond or give any info.

Two calls like this today from 2 different scammers.  Ridiculous. How do we get these people to stop calling our cells?  I am also on a Do Not Call list...

Please stop the calls from this number. Can't take calls at work any way. They don't leave a message and I will not answer from a number I don't know. Just anoying.

I answered the cell phone call....& it was a "Credit-Card Robo-Call" with a scheme about lower my credit card rate (what a joke...I probably have one of the lowest credit card rates with my credit union @ 7.45%).....so I hung-up the call and added the number to my Reject Numbers List.
