It's Comcast reminding of an appointment

Comcast needs to put a Caller ID, instead of just a number. It just looks like a robo callQ

Yes, I was having a cable box issue and was scheduled for a service appointment. They called several times, but never left a message. Once I looked up the number on 800notes, I answered the next call and it was in fact a follow-up scheduling call from Comcast.

Comcast to confirm service call. They need to add Comcast ID WHEN THEY CALL.

Yeah they called for some appointment reminder that i never scheduled.  I have to wonder if its some sort of marketing ploy to get you to be there when they come around.  In any case it is not appreciated.

Absolutely! I consider unidentified calls as scam..especially in today's climate.  Verizon does the same thing...no ID...of all companies not to CID.

To confirm an appointment for tomorrow with them ( I did NOT have an appointment and do NOT have Comcast service)

Comcast appt call. Why hide Comcast ID? Too many robot callers out there.

Yes it is Comcast but comes up with phone number which triggers Medical Spam on my caller ID.  If I could change from Comcast I would but am stuck because my township made a deal with them.  Nothing else except Dish/Direct TV which is worse.
