called my cell phone which i never give out the number at 8:02 am no message left just showed up as missed call.

Call was an automated message from Charter reporting a resoluiton of an internet outage problem. This message was requested by me earlier.

A call-back from Charter Communications after I called to check on a service outage in my area the night before. The problem I have with the call that I made: I spent 30+ minutes on the phone with a very patient tech rep, running through all kinds of troubleshooting on MY end, checking and re-checking, booting and re-booting, both my cable modem AND wireless router -- because according to HIS records, the so-called service outage was "only showing it was with television reception" and didn't indicate it was effecting INTERNET access -- when in fact it CLEARLY was affecting BOTH.

If I had gotten the guy's name, I would be sending him a nice token of my appreciation for having to work for such clueless asshats.

This is a automated message from Charter about a outage which caused me to schedule an appointment for a rep to check my Box. I canceled appt because problem was fixed.

I also got a call from this number, saying it was Spectrum and was in response to my call about an outage that was now fixed, and if I no longer needed a technician to come out to call 1-800-285-6365 to cancel.  Problem is, I never called Spectrum, so I did not call the 1-800 number to cancel-and no technician came out anyway.  Hey, Spectrum, are these numbers legit and do they belong to you?  Neither are the numbers listed on my bill to call in case of problems.

I will not answser this call or any I don't know butt it is very annoying
