Probably a scammer

Call forwarded from our company number to my cell. Caller (Data-Axle was the name on my screen) hung up as soon as I answered. Probably harvesting numbers. Blocked.

Why would they need to "harvest" a number that they already have?  Did you put any thought into that post before making it?

Looks like they use this number every few months. Called me today and they didn’t leave a message. Blocked now.

Since neither one of those phone numbers is 402-836-3872 then why are you posting in this thread?

Calling multiple agencies and not speaking. Reports show a very short call duration on average.

Answer by saying, "What are talking about Willis?" in a foreign accent. Thats what I do.

The catch phrase was "What'choo talkin' 'bout, Willis?", spoken at a fast pace.
If your caller is in India, they will not get the reference, but is should confuse them.
The domestic scammers may get the reference, and considering the character that uttered it, if they are of a certain ethnic group, they may think you are being racist.  (But then, being scammers, anything that insults them should be considered fair play.)
