did not answer. called my cell. tired of getting unsolicited calls!

2 x a day without fail now i am rude back. call the do not call at 888-382=1222. Will see the Company is called Account servercing with Infinity whatever thay means. I got the name of the guy and badge # and phone #. But we will beat these sick [***]

Called again the company is account servicing with infinity said he is with better buss so i will report. They are so so rude

received many calls fron this number in the last few days.  No one leaves a message, so I guess they don't want to talk to me.

Getting similar calls. What I can't figure out is WHY aren't the phone carriers these "solicitors" use fined for allowing use of their phone lines for these apparently fraudulent calls which are at the least unsolicited.

I have asked this company for months to take me off of their list.I have tried even calling the # back.When i asked the last rep to take down my # to take me off he hung up on me.The message when they call is "Hi this is Racheal from card services calling about your credit card debt."I do not have credit card debt.

if you don't answer and you call back it tells you to press one and you get put on the do not call list but usually it can take up to two weeks for it to take effect.

I've received a call every few days for the last couple of months.  After getting tired enough I finally hit 9 to speak with a representative, she goes into a spiel about me wanting to take advantage of a low interest rate on whatever and I informed her that I wanted on their Do Not Call list, so she said Ok and hung up.  I've been through this about 3 times now over the last week, each time the rep either hangs up or says OK and hangs up.

I got a call yesterday offering lower credit card interest rates.  When I asked what company the reply was "Card Services"  I asked again what card and the reply was "MasterCard and Visa."  Finally I asked which one and they cut off the call.  I figure this was a scam to get may credit card number.

Every time this number calls, it is a recording and says press 9 to speak to someone and they try to get my credit card info.

If I call the number back, it is a recording that says press 1 to be put on their do not call list.  Ya right.  I did it and they keep calling.

I submitted a complaint to my state's Public Utilities Commission, they said according to their research, the # is registered to Aspire Visa, I do not have a card with them, and there have been a number of published complaints about the company.  

It is on my cell which is very aggravating.  I am just waiting patiently for the 31 days to run since I registered my cell on the Do Not call list, then I will also submit a federal complaint.  My state PUC is investigating.

I just got the same call promising to lower my rates to 6.9% then when I spoke with the woman, she said she could drop the rates to 3.9%.  I asked what was my current interest rate and she dropped the call immediately.

I answered the phone and it was a recording saying I am entitled to a lower interest rate on my credit card.  This was not a number I can associate with any credit card that I hold.

Keep a record of what day they call you, and what time. im getting calls like this from another number that is doing basically the same scam. this 402 number has only called me once, but i have a feeling its not the end if it. but i am keeping a record of the numbers (3 are calling me) and if the calls dont stop after 31 days im reporting them and sending in the record. ive recieved 14 calls total from the 3 numbers. oh! phone is ringing...make that 15.

Got a call from Harry Brown a foreigner today said he was with Discover Enerprises which I emailed to them and is a real company. I told him I was going to report him to FBI maybe this will slow down the calls. Yesterday it was Rachel, caller id said number was same on both. The day before this it was Jessica with Freedom Financial and said I qualified for a grant of any amount but she had to send me a kit in the mail and the cost was $2.95 and needed my credit card number....

Got a call today from this number. Said I have won 2 500 dollar grocery gift cards.  From Discover. Wanted visa or mastercard number to send to me.  4.99 Shipping and handling.  I told him I was on my black berry right now looking this scam up. He hung up immediately.

I have got 10 calls in 2 days from them, I AM ON THE DO NOT CALL LIST.  They are also calling at 8AM

This number has called me 15 times since yesterday.  I'm on the Do Not Call List and have filed a complaint.  When you call the number back it says it is out of service. Who is this and how the he## can I make them stop?
