    When I picked up, I got an automated "survey" of 10 questions, for which I would recceive 2 all-expenses boarding passes for a cruise to the Bahamas.  No way to hit keys and reacha real person, after hitting "0" a few times, I was disconnected.

    Best thing to say to an unwanted caller:  "Just a minute please..."  Then wait till they hang up.  While they are waiting they can't bother anyone else.
