One call, no message

i get solicitation calls from this phone number 3 times a day regarding contractors liability insurance - im filing suit against them in court.  It is punnishable to $500 per call.  So far im up to $15,000 in damages from this one continous telemarketer.

I am getting about 5 to 10 calls a day from 402-982-0766 and they leave no message.  When I try to call back the number is not in service.  I would like for them to stop calling me.

I am on a do not call list and still recieve daily pre-recorded solicitation messages for contractors liability insurance. If I do not answer the call it keeps calling back every few hours until I answer. When I return the call the number is "out of service".

It seems like 2-3 calls a week.
Today 2 calls within 3 hrs.
They need to stop

how do i sign up for, or file a suit against them?? Is there a web site that explains any details?? I will drop a suit on all 3 numbers that keep calling my phone.

They just called me for the first time offering to make similar robocalls to others for $350.

The CallerID says Homeytel Inc.

They keep calling me also. Told the people not to call anymore. She got rude kept asking for the owner. I told her he is not available for any sales calls. She got rude and said she would call back till she gets him and hung up. The best way to handle these people is to find out who they rep for like goodrich contractors insurance. The company has most likely hired out the telemarketing calls to another company. Call the main company and threaten law suit. Ive done it and they turned me over to the president of the other company. never got another phone call again from them.

Received a call on my business line around 5:30 pm.  (I was working late.)  I let the machine take the call.  No message left.  On the DNC list.

Cell phone rang, saw it on caller ID. Before I could even finish googling the number and answer the call, they hung up.

Got a call today and they hung up before I could answer, felt suspicious, I'm glad I came here and tracked it down, my liability insurance is coming due so I'm sure it's the same company.

getting phone calls from this number, and when I call back it says that I "my call can not be completed as dialed", this telemarketer should be out of business!!

I picked up, but no one on the other end. I'm on the list.

just got a call from this number but hung up before I could answer.I called, but found out that this number is not a working number.On the do not call list.Have been laid off for two months and was hopeful this was about a job.....another disappointment.

Robo call. Something about a credit report.
