I don’t answer calls from numbers I don’t know. This one called but left No voicemail

Just answered call from this number.  Said they were from Calgary Hospital home lottery and wanted to let me know that it was close to sold out- then proceeded to offer tickets.

Feb.  2/24..Rec'd. A call from 403 879 8578...Didn't answer as was not familiar with the number...Call went to voice mail...I couldn't understand what was being said...Voice sounded male and audio was very low and did not record well...Unable to hear message that was being recorded.....

Call went to my voice mail.  A male voice started to speak and then hung up.

Had a heart attack thought I won the lotto. No, just calling asking me to buy a ticket.
