No Message, just another low life telemarketer from southern border try to earn some breads from its northern neighbour.  That's what you do when you become desperate to earn a living.
Do not pick up this number and just let it go directly to your answwering machine: 404-567-5718.

true. but I don't think the "low life" "southern" labels are appropriate. hate the capitalism, not the person on the other end of the line annoying you who is merely trying to feed their family (all the while hating their job as much as you do). anyways, this number called me twice yesterday without leaving messages. I called the number today and it was an automated system that said: "hello, this is Jennifer from Carribbean cruise line. can you her me ok?". I hung up.

It's not a telemarketer, it's a telescammer. This is a giant SCAM. If somebody hold up gas stations to feed their family, that's not ok is it? But it's ok if the rob their victims with a phone instead of a gun?

    NO. It's not ok.

This number calls me once maybe twice every few days. Sometimes it'll say something about Caribbean cruise lines and can I hear them ok. I always hang up and don't say anything. It's really just a nuisance but be careful and don't say yes to her question. They could be using that "yes" for some access or to authorize to harass you more down the road.

This number (404)567-5718 called my cell phone , it rang twice . DO NOT CALL THIS NUMBER BACK AS IT WILL COST YOU MONEY , IF YOU GET CHARGED ANY MONEY BECAUSE YOU CALLED THIS NUMBER BACK DO NOT PAY !!! These actions are illegal and entrapment to make money for nothing and must be reported to the law enforcement or the FBI . Call your local phone provider and dispute the charges

I live in the southern region of the United States, and never once have I felt the need to look to my northern neighbors for a hand out. I earn a living as a registered nurse, and I do quite well for myself. I too am annoyed by the low life, loser telemarketers. I live in Texas, and I've yet to be associated with anyone looking for handouts from other people in the country.  So to make such an uneducated statement about southern residents is comical . Have fun on your half price cruise, idiot.

One more thing, smart one, you misspelled neighbor.  Borrow some "bread" and purchase a dictionary.

so I looked up the spelling of "neighbour" for the other guy and it's the English spelling, so cut some slack. Oxford English Dictionary gives both spellings.

I live within this area code in Atlanta, so I kept thinking it was someone local trying to reach me, but when I tried to call it back I either got nothing or a recording with a helium-sounding voice telling me to stay on the line as my call was very important to them. The first time I did this, I had to hang up because the classical piano music was really loud and distorted. I tried one more time and got a young woman, but I could barely hear her for all the background (telemarketer sounding) noise; still, when I heard what I thought was a "How may I help you today?" I said that I'd like to have my number removed from their calling list. She was polite and told me she'd take care of it, apologized, and thanked me for calling back - or at least that's what it sounded like! I'll post back if I get another call from them, but this doesn't seem like anything to get angry about, like the "medical shipment is ready to send to you" calls I get from all over the country, and just got (from Oregon) as I was typing this! With those I feel like I'm playing "Whack-A-Mole", and although they too are very annoying, they're pretty harmless as well...

I received a scam call that said this is John.  Can you hear me?  I answered yes.  He said this is customer service calling and then I hung up.  To whom should I report this?
