yes they are scammers I just reported them to the ftc they went into my computer and was pulling up all kinds of files saying they were from dell and they worked with their tech support and they wanted money

They said the same to my daughter. Thankfully she hung up on them and just blocked their number. dont know how they got her cell

IF ANYONE ELSE GETS CALLS FROM THESE GUYS PLEASE FILE A REPORT ONLINE WITH THE FTC. NOT SURE IF THEY WILL DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT BUT THE MORE COMPLAINTS THEY GET THE MORE LIKELY THEY WILL DO SOMETHING.
