This scumbag scammer just called the cell phone. His recording is the exact one that is posted on "Nomo...".  Obviously a scammer because he shouldn't have cell phone numbers in for a number on do-not-call list (which is a joke) shouldn't be using it... so anybody that ignores that is a scumbag. If FTC were doing their job they ought to be able to to grab guys like him.  He has to eventually come in contact with the "mark" so that's how they could grab him.

Received a call from this number on 05/05/2020 at 7pm at 2 different phone lines in the house.  Totally a scammer.  Recorded message from a computer generated male voice on one phone line, and I mistakenly answered the other line.  I hung up.  But this computer generated msg is what I heard before I did......this is David I'm not even sure if I have the right number to be honest but I've just came across your property.
