    I answered and it was some man with a heavy accent trying to push me into being transferred to a rep who could help me with med- alert necklace. I told him I wasn’t a senior citizen so he asked what about my parents or grandparents to which I replied that they are all dead and he hung up on me. Great customer service AND empathy-  Who could ask for more?
