me too they have been calling my cell phone for 3 days now telling me that I had taken out a payday loan  4 years aoo and they are a investigating company and said that if i didn't pay this back today that I would be gettting picked up by the local police department for fraud.   I want to know who is calling me from that number.  They know my social security number and also one of my credit card numbers.  so please be caredful.

This lady called my house & cell phone claiming to be an investigator and stated that I was going to be put in jail if I didnt pay $500 in 20mins....she didnt even kno my correct place of employment but she did have my social and home address. i told her I had no checking acct or credit cards to pay & she said I ran ur credit & have ur acct info jus verify it for me. These ppl are crazy, y are they harrassing people and how do we get this to stop??

Yeah I got a call from UPCHURCH @ this number too. Mofos sure are crafty with this bill collection stuff. They won't get a dime out of me ! Not in this lifetime. I appreciate you guys making these notes/comments available for our intel.

I just recieved a phone call from my father in law, who had gotten a call from his ex wife (of 11 years ago). She had gotten a call from this # and the lady Upchurch stating that there is an ongoing investigation about me and child abuse with my two children (5 & 8). She stated that I am going to loose my kids and that she needs to get in touch with me immediately and have me call her.

I have only met my father in laws ex wife once, and if I passed her on the street, I wouldn't reconginze her. I have had no association with her what so ever excet meeting her at a movie theater about 7 years ago. We don't even share the same name (she lives in NC and I in GA).

I was FREAKING out at first, until I read the other posts. I did call and leave my #, and praying she calls me back. I am going to tell her where to stick it, and then call the police to make a report.

I received a phone call from this fake Investigator Upchurch. She said someone was pressing charges against me for criminal intent. I have never been in any trouble or even arrested. She asked me to verify my social security number and I told her to process her warrant, have the police come, or whatever else she needed to do. We then called the local FBI who said not to give them ANY information. They can't trace these people because they are constantly using different phone numbers and the numbers are not even tracing back to this company. They have some sort of system that traces the number to a completely different state. The FBI also said that any legitimate criminal charges, warrants, or arrest warnings would never be made by phone. He said the individual would have been picked up quietly because a phone call would give the person warning and time to run. He ensured me that our criminal system would never work in this manner and that these people are impersonating officers, I then called Upchurch back and told her that I just called my local FBI with her name and phone number.  She said, "Who cares!" and then hung up on me.

you liar ..because some one did come and address me at my place of employment and upchurch said they would ..so she is telling the truth.So if i wouldnt took out the payday loan or paid them back on time ..i wouldnt have this f;;;;; problem..

I think you should check it out..I tried last night and got a recording for Investagator Church. Left no message.

I received a call this morning on my work line and she (investigator Upchurch) left a message on my voice mail for a Will Johnson, my voicemail identifies me as someone else.  Anyway, she stated that I was being charged with a serious violation and that I needed to contact her immediately.  As I am someone who has over 85 associates, I called her back thinking she was looking for one of my associates and to tell her that I didn't have anyone working here by that name.  I had to leave her another message.  She called me right back and starteled rambling about the serious charges I was under and that I neeed to verify some info for her.  When I asked her how she got this phone number she stated that it was revealed in her investigation of me (will johnson)  anyway, I told her that I was not Will Johnson and she screamed "Why did you say you were!?" And I told her that I didn't as she hung up.

Obviously this is some sort of scam and everyone should be aware of these clowns.  I'll report it to the state levels but don't think they will do anything about it.
