Spoofed number (it is disconnected - Old number of the Atlanta Rathskellar). Caller said he was Adam with Microsoft Corporation. He is now on my rejected callers list!

Man with heavy accent, claiming to be from the University of Washington, requested a specific employee in the President's office "for business purposes" but wouldn't elaborate.  Put him on hold and looked up the number here, then dialed it to confirm the preceding poster's story.  Sure enough, a recording stated that the phone had been disconnected.  When I told him that the person was unavailable and offered to take a message, he hung up.

Smart-mouthed man attempting to speak English called looking for an employee by first name only. When I repeatedly asked his name and purpose for calling, he repeatedly asked for my phone number (he called me, right?). I asked for the name of the business he represents and he called me an idiot and hung up. Moments later the phone rang again and when I answered, he simply said "oh my god" and hung up.

Called office - Answered phone - they asked if they were speaking to me (using my first and last name)  When I said yes...they hung up.  Indian accent.  Called the number back and it had been disconnected

A guy with an Indian accent called my employer asking to speak with me about a work related matter. He said he was calling from George Henry's office, a doctor, he wanted my voicemail but it is inactivated since I don't work during the summer. He didn't want to leave a message...
