    some loser from BGE financial services?  called and said they scheduled a payment from a new account? what new acct   who the hell is this its against the law to use this tactic and they have no info or permission to debit anything from me at all  the other name mentioned is Solomon?  at  1-866-217-9145   by 5pm today    I do not know them and I am reporting this to the local offices here as well  I believe it to be a scam or dead collections they are trying to pull off  I have NONE
