This company Manski, Morgan & Associates LLC really does sue! They sued my neighbor for $471 Payday Loan. I thought they were just a collection agency, but they went after my neighbors bad check and actually won the case...WTF

I see this company Manski, Morgan & Associates LLC are really serious about prosecuting Payday Loan Offenders. They say on their website that if you used your banking info to secure your Payday Loan, they can legally go after you for a BAD CHECK or HOT CHECK!

Manski Morgan & Assoc. actually gives a list with all the State Laws and the its a good one. That is one firm I would hate to owe money to.

this company are scam artists they are not legally registered to do business AT ALL Mr. Laron Taylor lies and adds 1000's for nothing

Researched Mr. Laron Taylor on the Georgia Bar Association as well as Manski, Morgan and Associates.  They have no affiliation with the Georgia Bar Association, so I'd love to know how they could manage to sue someone.  Also, linkedin and a few other websites say that the company itself dissolved in 2011.  There is no physical address that I can find for it other than a P.O box and an address near what appears to be some sort of shady travel agency, and the website hasn't been updated since 2009.  In addition, the company that supposedly is using this firm for collection is BMG, a major scam company when it comes to payday loans.  It all adds up to scam, scam, and more scam.
