Just got a call from this number, tried to call it back and it rings like twice then I get busy signal. Knew this was BS but figured I'd call back to mess with them.

Left On our answering machine was a Recording of a lady's voice stating the IRS was going to file a suit against me. No names owere mentioned. It sounded like a generic  call.  Directions were given to call the 404 area code number- but no names or extensions were listed.   I did not call the number but looked it up on Google instead to find this site.

Voice mail saying IRS is filing a case against me.  Automated woman message.  wants me to call 404-934-7046 Tuesday November 24, 2015

Same call exactly on 11/27/15

Female voice recording...Claims to be the IRS...total scam.  Did not call back.

This call was left on my answering machine...the second time...

They called at 6 am this morning and again at 9:45. Will not call back but how annoying to be called at 6 am!

Fake IRS call did not return call

Could not supply IRS ID number. Advised I'd be reporting to IRS. LOL all he said was you can do that. Also called from a tax office. Phone rang about 12 times before they answered.

I got a call on my cell phone and house phone. I ignored the calls and there were messages saying the irs was suing but did not give a name. Such a scam!!

Automated Message saying it was the IRS and needed to call immediately as a lawsuit was being filed against me. Ha! My father retired IRs agent. They do not call.all correspondence is in writing.  Scam

I just received a call from the same number indicating the IRS was taking me to court. The number was 404-934-7046. I'm calling the real IRS to confirm now...

Caller claimed IRS filing suit against me.  I immediately hung up inasmuch as the IRS would NEVER call with this type of information.  How can we stop this???  Too many persons fall victim to this SCAM!

Received two calls from this number today, mentioned IRS is suing me.  All B-S.  Heavy Indian accent or Middle Eastern.

Voice mail call indicating they were the IRS and were going to file suit against me and that I needed to call them back. I hung up.

Received a call and voicemail from this number talking about a lawsuit filed against me.  I called it back from my work phone and no one answered.  Called it back again an hour later and it rang 4 or 5 times then it just disconnected.

Automated message "The IRS has filed a case against you" - I picked up, hoping to get a live human, but no such luck :(
