Got this robo-call on my cell phone.  Here is the verbatim message left...... this number and the exact same recording is listed on a number of other sites as being a Robocall -- so beware, it is one of the unlicensed, mass dial a neighborhood and try and talk you in to selling your property ---
Here is the call and message from 404-963-9597:  " This is Adam. I want to follow up with you on a postcard that had sent you regarding a property here in the Atlanta area and just wanted to know if you might have been interested in selling or receiving a cash offer for the property. If so, to give him a call back at 404-963-9597 -- again that's 404-963-9597 -- look forward to talking to you.  Have a great day !  "

Not making this up: answered the first time and got the same robo message from "Adam wanting to give cash for property."  The phone rang again, I did not answer and got a voice message that sounded like very faint music like you hear when you've been butt dialed in a car and then at the 38 sec mark, clear as day a rooster crowing!

Called me on my work phone with a robocall about selling my house.  Left a message and when I called back I was told the company name is Property Source.  Not sure how they got my work number but I'm weirded out that I'm being stalked like this.

Received a call at the EXACT same time via my google voice and my wireless carrier from this same number.  Definitely a red flag that they are using the same tactics used for robo-calling.  I did answer on my wireless carrier and they disconnected on my google voice line.  Guy said he was wanting to ask about my property (he asked for me by my name) and if I received a post card about selling my home for a cash offer.  He used the same script as people posted above!  I politely declined, saying I do not want to sell my home.  The guy was stammering and finally hung up.  Not sure how they have my number, but I suspect one of them is from my property on the county website, which of course they can find your name too...

Called at 10:51am. Diverted by a service I subscribe to that intercepts robo-dialed calls (I am not allowed to tell you its name or even to give a hint). I called back (using *67) and got a recorded "Thank you for calling back about us buying your property. Press "1" to leave a callback or press "2" to be placed on our Do Not Call list."

Atlanta and it's adjacent small cities are "enjoying" a feeding frenzy of home flippers; between calls and cards I'd estimate I've received at least 8 to 10 solicitations.

Since I had used *67 they would not have been able to know what number was requesting DNC, so I called back and, surprise! a woman answered and when I told her why I was calling she asked for my name, the property address including ZIP code, at which point I said why do you not know the address of a house you are offering to buy?, to which she said, "We send out a LOT of cards…" and I interjected, "This was a cold call." THEN she asked for my phone number, and I asked, "Why do you need my number for a DNC list? I am not persuadeable; the property is already willed to my grand niece and grand nephew." Apparently she did not have a script for that, and was silent for so long that I simply hung up.

What puzzled me was the obvious fact that their system took note of the calling number; if it could not get the number, it offered the recording; when it could, it gave me a person who then behaved as though she had no access to the phone I was calling from.

Well, we'll see if I get any more calls from this number.
