    Left an intimidating almost threatening message

    Call back gets, "Thank  you for calling West Lake Portfolio Management on behalf of Covered Care."  Went on to say calls are recorded and all agents were currently busy, etc.  They are a debt collection agency.  According to whois .com, their website, wpmservicing dot com, was registered in August of 2018.  Not much info about them on their website but a search brought up several pages regarding recent accounts acquired.  According to Search Assist:
