They keep calling me even when asks to be off the calling list

calls.  no message.  blocked and they still keep caling.

File harassment charges they cannot call repeatedly, tell them to “please cease and desist all calls and contact with me immediately“

The lady called and threatened and said she would report to my credit and I had to pay . 10 gym is a scam said I had to cancel my account in person when I never used any of their facilities

You think that "Tom" who clearly posted here in 2021 is going to be able to file "harassment charges" against this debt collector 3 years later?  Umm, no and there is no such thing as "harassment charges".  Cease and Desist requests should be sent by mail using certified, return receipt.  By the way, changing your screen name and posting 2 minutes later makes you look like a troll.

Then why did you sign up for a gym membership if you weren't going to use the facilities?  Yes, you have to read the contract that you are signing as well.
