    States several pending charges against me but has wrong last name, gives no company name, states in OK but gives D.C. callback number

    They called MY BROTHER - we’re both in our 40’s - looking for me about “pending charges”.  I said go ahead and file charges in ______ County where I am. He made a smart ass remark and hung up.
    I called back. Got bumped around.  I’m blocking them.
    Sadly someone will give them money.
