- JodiI received a voicemail stating that I would have a warrant issued for my arrest for "fraud". They would have law enforcement come to my work with the warrant. Well, first of all, I am unemployed! She stated that she would make sure that I lost my job & went to jail!
Upon further investigation, I found the "Duncan Law Office" phone number in Helena, MT and this phone number is 406-442-6350. Gregory Duncan leaves a very detailed message regarding the ongoing scam. I will be reporting this to whomever will listen. This is ridiculous! I traced the phone # 406-204-1152 to a location in Helena, MT. Shows to be a landline with no further info.- Caller: Duncan Law Firm

- Elizabeth Carrion| 2 repliesI just received a call like this at work. I told them I wasn't in and they said I needed to contact them regarding a legal matter against me. They said they were calling from Duncan Law Firm. I could hear in the back round that they were calling from a call center. I work for attorneys so I knew immediately that it was a scam so I googled the number. Please don't ever give out your personal information over the phone.

- JoAnneI also received a call from individuals Sara Johnson and Mark Johnson at (406) 204-1152, claiming that I owed money to a lender that I have not used to request a loan. These individuals claimed that there is case against me and if I did not pay the amount owed I would be arrested at my job. As I kept pressing for information ,and basically told them I would not do anything until they could provide detail documentation, the individuals hung up on me.
