Give me a break.. First, I don't care if he's out on his snowmobile.. whop-dee-do.  If you go through the trouble of setting up a delivery that pulls your email address out of an email, sounds fishy to me.  Additionally, I'm not going anywhere near any of the info supplied in the text.  It's probably a set up for spam bots or what not to capture visitors, IP or email addresses.

Actually no, it isn't a set up for spam bots. We had an actual home buyer by that name in Caldwell. That is a real phone number and you can talk to a real person when you call. I apologize for not including our return address - it is:

Hey Bruce, dont want to be Mr. Jerk, but regardless of having a "return address" the guy put his email address in his email that you copy/pasted. If you didnt notice that or did notice it and posted this garbage anyways your a fool. These guys are a legit referral company, and i work with them with referrals now, and have been for about 8 months, i close about 2 in 5 of the clients they send me, sometimes the clients are bad, but they replace those.

I will never call a spammer.

I got the same message and get the same type of referral offer from others. I have also received phone calls with the same offer.  For $99 they say they will give me a lead.  (They could just pull any name from a phone book and say it is a referral)  I told them I would gladly pay then a 25% referral fee from my commission on any CLOSED deal.  This would bring them much more money but they know they are phony referrals, plus they must also be a licensed Realtor.  They are preying on agents desperate for any type of lead.  Stay away!

Looking at my email history, they email often. I got 2 emails today!  I'd gladly pay a referral to any Real Estate agent who personally knows a buyer.
  However if a buyer is serious they are shopping online; finding a local agent. They aren't going to be exclusive and loyal to this company.
  I sure hope the consumer isn't being charged to be placed with an agent, that would be horrible.

It's still occurring....got the call from 406-532-5577...left a message, gave name of Dave, but never indicated what company he was with. Made it sound like we were old friends. (kinda made me think back if it was a past client offering me a personal referral)....then I thought to check out the #.

I'd already told these people a few months ago, I'm not interested. Once they get your info, good luck getting them to STOP charging you. The whole thing is wrong. They should be prosecuted!
