I am receiving email concrening this comapany who is stating to give out re locating real estate, not sure if this is a scam, we are just never sure.

Call is from Real Estate Client Referrals. They charge roughly $1,000 for a fixed number of referrals who they supposedly have checked out to confirm they are ready, willing and able buyers or sellers. Not one of the referrals has proven to be serious or capable and I've found it to be a waste of my time and an enormous waste of my money.

My email was from a Jennifer Hayes in Missoula Montana.
Never any answer and no return call.
The email was dated November 19 2010.

Maybe this operation has been busted by now?

Jennifer Hayes called me twice at 7:30 AM on new year's eve.  She said left two voicemails saying she had a referral for me.  Very Annoying!

Worthless ripoff of a lead referral company.  Called me on Xmas Eve.  May a thousand tape worms infest her anus.

This "Company" has not been bust off, I just received  acall this mornming at 7.40 am telling me she is Jennifer Hayes and has some interested buyers, and she can use my Real Estate Company. Same number (406) 532-3754, I called and it's her voice mail saying she will call back, no company name or anything.

received 2 calls to my cell phone today (only because another Realtor in our Company said he does Commercial real estate and I do residential and then proceeded to pass them my cell #)...first guy said he'd have up to 3 referrals of listings for me in the Ancaster, Ontario Canada area to list...I said to call back at 1:30 when I could confirm via their website whether they were ligit...a lady called back in 10 minutes and said she was assiting Marvin with a call back to me...NEWAY long and the short of it...I'm in the sales game and not about to be pressured from these people from MONTANA...beware of these people...I certainly am.

Jennifer Hayes left voice message regarding a client relocating to area that is a cash buyer willing to pya 1.4 million.  Looked up her info and found previous threads.  Thanks for the warning.  Obviously I was skeptical and felt the need to research the number and name.

Receive calls from Jennifer Hayes at different hours everyday stating she has a serious buyer wanting to spend anywhere from $300,000 to 2 million.  I looked up the number and saw these comments.  Thank you for the warning.  I figured it might be a scam.

Just got a voice mail from Jennifer at 5:00 a.m. Hawaii Standard Time for a residential buyer placement.  Glad I looked this up.
