I received a call from this supposed JP WEIGAND person for a supposed request for me to call him back, on a phone number not associated to my real estate office, but my personal phone cell number, and he stated in his conversation message, that he wanted me to pick up on a client and take him as a tourist to go see property in my area where I work in, the tourists were from Montana. I never received any more correspondence when I returned their message to find out why they referred to me by name, and were asking for me personally. I consider this a questionable call and would forward this to the police next time.

got the same call, said they had a referral in my area, and I am a realtor.

same call - referral of buyer in dekalb co. ga - approved at 950k. call back if i want to work with them. no thanks.

Got the same call..saying HE had a client that wanted a home in Doral. I am a realtor.  When I called back it was actually a SHE with the same name from another real estate company.  Watch Out!

Got the same phone call and I am a realtor.  He said he had a client looking for property in my area.  No thanks!  Don't need this kind of referrals.

Received a call from this number today.  I too am a realtor.  No message was left.

that number calls me all the time, no message left, I too am Realtor, I now have it programed in my phone as SCAM so I will never answer it.   Waste of time !

Just received a call from this number too from "AlanL" saying he had a client looking to buy a $140,000 home in three months for cash and it would cost me a one time $99 referral fee.  Told him to send me email info.... know that won't be happening!

I am also a Realtor.  I just received a call from this number.  I always google numbers I don't recognize, and glad I did!  I see this number clearly has some fishy business associated with it.  Thank you to everyone that posted!  I didn't answer and the caller didn't leave a message.

I just received the same call from this same guy Grant Sasek offering a referral in my area for $97 upfront fee, but from a different number 406-532-5582. What a Scam!!! beware.

I recently had a request from a customer for information about property in North Miami Beach.  Since I'm located in Missoula, MT, I am looking for someone closer and better suited to help them out.  My team has spoken to them and they are serious about this request and looking to do something fairly soon.  I'd like to get this out to you right away, can you call me as soon as possible? Just received an email to call this number for a ready client ready to purchase in Sterling VA- googled first saw these posts and have sent an email stating the following:

If your looking for a referral send the correct paper work and you will get paid as closing but only if your a bonafide referral company or realtor

2-unsubscribed
3-phone call immediately after with no message

thanks! Looks like they are hitting everywhere, i'm a realtor from albuquerque.

Got an email. Called and didn't get "Adam" but had "Jennifer" call me back. She wanted me to deposit $1,100 in an "escrow" and they would deduct $97 for every referral they sent me. I told her to send referral, and if the deal closed, I would gladly pay her $97. She got rude and hung up on me.

The number they used was 406-532-5584
