Call from individual who claims to have real estate referrals. Claimed they had talked with me earlier in the day at length and provided details from my website and other real estate marketing. When I mentioned I had not spoken with them they insisted it they called my number, it was my voice with my same inflection and that I was lying about not having had the ealier conversation. Caller then hung up.

Got a call/voice mail from this number, lady said her name and garbled through the name of the company she worked for (completely not understandable) and said she had a real estate client who wanted to move to my area and purchase a $500,000 home.  She said now they just needed a real estate agent to work with, and to call her back for the referral.

Will you consider calling her back to see if her scam is for you to Western Union her a fee for the obviously fake referral?

I just rec'd a call from this number. Supposed to have a lead in my area. Promising 10 for $990 with money back gurantee. She did give me another agent's name and number that was legit....just haven't talked to the other agent to get her feedback. Did you get any more details than what you have listed below. Would love to try it, if it's not a scam.

Rude little NJ girl told me she had leads for $99 when I tried to get more info she started swearing at me and hung up

Unreal marketing technique. Try to sell you their $99 lead service. Cash buyer for $650k, yeah right! Told them I only could do deals on commission referal basis. They get paid when I get paid. Some little jersey wench starts loosing it and goes off on me. Stay away from these scammers!!!

Thus lady called me with the same non-sense.  At the beginning of the call I said that if this were a marketing call i'm not interested.  She actually had the nerve to say that I was too rude for the 500k buyer she has,lol.  You'd think that she forgot who's calling who.

yup.. got a similar call earlier today.  Saying she's from Real Estate Referral company.  Had a buyer looking in our area for a 1.6 million home..... yeah... right.  That is about the maximum sales within our county in the past 3 months!  

I've been down the $990 guaranteed leads with a few different companies.  What a waste of money.  I think the 'big fish' they hang out there for you may be an attempt to get your credit card #'s.

I had a call and couldn't understand the name of the person or the company. I asked her to send me an email with her information. She then got upset and told me she has worked for the company for 6 years and never had such a request. She then went on to make me feel unworthy of the buyer. I told her I needed to talk to my Broker and she said "top"agents don't need to ask their brokers to spend marketing money. The end result was her hanging up on the call.

Call for a 1.5 million referral cash buyer. Told her to send me her referral agreement. She hung up on me.

Received a call from a woman promising me a lead for a condo purchase in downtown LA for up to 2Million. --yeah right.  Told her no thanks and hung up.

THIS IS A SCAM  DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY--you'll have better luck at doorknocking!!!

Received a call from this number.  The lady sounded so goofy on the phone that I was actually asking her questions instead of her telling me what she wanted.  Claimed ot have a client from New Jersey who was coming down to my area and was looking to purchase a house for 600,000+ in value and already had financing in place.  She wanted $99.00 for the referral.  I told her that since she had called me on my cell phone and was asking for money from me up front that I was sketpical.  I told her that since I didn't know who she was and had nothing to indicate she was authentic, there was no way i was parting wiht $99.  I commented that when things appear to be too good to be true, they usually are not true and I was going to pass.  She flew into a rage and said that when she gets those kind of answers from Realtors, she knows they don't have any money to start with and she was going to hang up.  She did hang up.  She did comment that she didn't know me either and she only took my name from a web page.   GREAT REFERRAL SERVICE !!!!  Refer to anyone for $99.

Received the same call-she didn't give her name or company name.  I was driving and asked her to put her info. in an email and I would acknowledge the referral.  She said she couldn't do that as she was only going to be in her office another 45 minutes (what kind of email program does she use?) and that I needed to call her client in the next hour.  I asked if she actually expected me to give her a credit card number for the $99 on the basis of this telephone conversation and she said "that's pretty much how it works". Needless to say-be smart!

I received a voice message from this number. The lady stated her name was Mary something.  I could not understand the company name.  She stated she has a female buyer who was pre-qualified and she was blowing up their phone.  Mary stated I could call her back if I serviced the area the female was looking to purchase in.  I did not return the phone call after reviewing this site.  Thank you

HI, receive phone calls 3 times  today from this caller, never leaves a message.  Told her for $500,000 they could buy 4 homes here.  She started in and I hung up.
