Didn't catch the (probably fake) last name, but the first name was Lorne, I think.

    This is what I got in a email I called the phone number and got Steve he is selling real estate leads in my area for 97.00 per lead. you must signed up for 12 leads at a time I told him I would think about it so I googled  ["www.realestatepipeline.com" scam- ripoff repor]t- which he says is the website they use.

I just got the same all as Bob posted from Steve and same phone number.  I did not pick up but googled the number and came across this posting.  Tired of these bogus online leads they are trying to sell

Got a call from this [***] today stating he will sell me leads & that he had an approved buyer for $130k that was moving to my area... when I close & the check is deposited into my account & he will only take out $47 if I accept the lead and wont charge me anything if a lead does not turn into a closing? Yeah right buddy! When I mentioned referral fee's, he couldn't speak on that one!

Received call from 406-532-5506...caller ID "Romania"...rejected call, "Googled" and directed to this post.

Here's the message I received:

"I recently had a request from a customer for information about property in Ulster County.  Since I'm located in Missoula, MT, I am looking for someone closer and better suited to help them out.  My team has spoken to them and they are serious about this request and looking to do something fairly soon.  I'd like to get this out to you right away, can you call me as soon as possible? I just received my phone bill and the number of 406-532-5506 showed up as "Romania". Called the phone company and they said it was an international charge. I tried to dispute but they said they could not reverse the charge. I never called this number-but somehow I'm being charged for it! So I called it myself and they voice mail said "I this is Steve with face (something or another) leave a message. Don't take the call and make sure you check your phone bill.

just got the same email, if they put the energy and effort in an honest sale endeavor, we would not have to waste deleting this crap.

Just received a call from Steve Levine (406)532-5506.  Claiming $129 for at least three leads a month through the company he works for First 2 Contact and first2contact.com.  Did a little digging and just not feeling comfortable giving this man my hard earned money.

Called my cell phone. No message left. Caller ID said Missoula, MT
