     I believe it is the same company that has multiple complaints about the unprofessional way they are hounding realtors.  Don't respond is my advice.

    Got pretty much the same thing (same guy too: Brad).  He actually emailed me first and then called.  When his number came up as 'No Caller ID' I informed him he was breaking the telemarketing laws by not having his number displayed.  He blamed his company's phone service provider.  He quickly hung up when I called him on his BS.
