received an email referring a client for a relocation

also received an email stating customer, Jeff, is interested in relocating to City Norhteast area.  Says it's from Wendy Johnson REPL Relocation Specialist.

same, have a buyer looking to relocate needing a Realtor. It's actually a company wanting you to sign up for lead generation. (unless that is bogus as well). They want a credit card for monthly "leads". Here is the contact information I was given.

I just got a call from her as well. I answered the phone and all i got was "is this ******&^^ " (speciccaly asking for me) I said yes and she hung up.  I called back and she claimed to have called the wrong number.  I question was if you called the wrong number why did you ask for me by name?  she hung up again.  I calll a second time and I just got voice mail.  My red flags are up!!!!!

Got the same message from this Wendy Johnson a couple of days ago looking for a realtor for a client who is moving to my City from **garbled** (funny..everything else was spoken as clear as a bell). Sorry, Wendy, or whoever you are. Stop it already.

I got the same message only difference is she sent me an email, I have called her back but have only got her email, oh well bogus, so many people trying to take advantage of Realtors.

Got an email with this number and email address saying she had a relo client needing assistance-very vague and email looks like it could have been from a "friend" or someone I know.

Got the email as above. Checked it out and found your imput. I will be deleting the email. Thank You

Got a message stating this was Wendy and she was wondering if I worked in a city within my area.  Looked up the number, saw the above messages and will not be returning her call....Thank you for your input.

I got a text. Same as above thanks for info. I wont have to answer.

I just received a telephone message from this telephone number, it was from someone named Wendy, she
 said she has clients looking for a home in my area. I saw this post and like the rest of you, I will not be  
 returning her call

Just received a voicemail message from the same number saying her name was Wendy and she was looking for an agent to list a home. From the other comments here I guess she's learning that in our current market in SoCal we need inventory more than buyers.

I did get the same email message from Wendy Johnson few days ago. She is got a client who is looking for a house in my area and need a realtor to work with. The phone she left (406-532-5572), it never respond and comes up with a v/m message.

I got an e-mail message as well stating she (Wendy Johnson) had a customer waiting for me to call; he is wanting to move to Nashville -- said they do not receive any part of the commission.  Odd?  She's just doing this out of the kindness of her heart and she doesn't even know me?  Scam.  I thought so, too.

Wow. I got an email from Wendi saying that she has a client, Dan, relocating to the area. I called and left a message, then thought I'd look her up so I could get some information before sending her a follow-up email. I have never seen this website before now, but it's the first thing that came up when I put in her name and phone number. YIKES!!!

what did she do? send you an email. that is the way most people work now. I got an email and asked to be taken off the list and she did.
