Young lady from this number called to sell me a "lead".  Would cost $97 (upfront) for the name and contact number of a "serious buyer" who wanted to buy a $260,000 home in a nearby city.  Asked her to email me some information.  At which time, she became a little irritated with me and hung up.  Sounds like a scam.

I got the same call.  The lady said she had a 600K lead for me and it would cost me 97 upfront I ask her name and the company she worked for and she got upset then she proceeded to say she would just call another agent.  I told why don't you send me an email about your company she got even more upset and said I should be glad to get such a good deal.  I told her it's been my experience if it sounds to good to be true it is almost always is.  She hung up and I laughed about how desperate these spammers are getting.

I didnt answer the phone and no message left. But I am also a real estate agent, so I bet it would have been the same thing!

I called the number back..  Steve from real estate pipeline.  oh yea I've got a lead for a buyer in the concord area.  I said I don't work that area - but thanks anyway and take me off your list.

I got the same call from a male who was willing to give me a lead in Weymouth, MA. "The lead already started the procedure of buying a house, but needs a real estate agent". I wasn't interested.... "but you are a real estate agent and you need  leads!". Not from people that never say their names and the company they are working with.

Steve called to tell me that he had a buyer in my area and he would give me the buyer's info if I paid $99 per month for the service.  I asked where the lead came from. He said the buyer registered on a website.  I asked which website.  He couldn't tell me.  All he could tell me is that the company he works for pays over $40,000 per month to generate leads. When you go on their website (First2Contact) it is ultra-vague about where they get their leads.  No thank you....

Did not answer and no message left, but sure it was the same thing.

Just had my phone ring with the same number. It looks like they focus on Realtors. And, they want the $ upfront... I'm just going to block them.

Hm.  In my case they left no message on my VM.   Simply called and I guess hung immediately up.  It came in on my HiYA app.   I am not in the real estate industry, so . . . hm.

Realtor here... didn't answer and no msg left.  I'm tempted to answer if they call back just to mess with them.  whatta way to make a living!  Sad.

Call is from Real estate pipeline. They are marketing to get agents to sign up for leads.
