They just called...again...and call several times a day. I do not answer. I did call the number back and pressed 1 to be placed on their do not call list, but I'm guessing thats a scam too - they are probably just seeing which numbers are real by offering that 'feature'

I think they have just started some sort of campaign.  I've gotten 3 calls in two days -- not there to answer.  However, next time they call and I'm home, I'm going to pick up and *57 them.  You have to press *57 several times.  This is supposed to start a trace thru the phone company.

I've done this twice before on repeated annoying calls and they stopped calling!  Try it, what have you got to lose?

Wife received call from 406 720-2850 (Montana) at 11:35 a.m. May 12, 2011.  The person calling could barely be understood as saying "you've been diagnosed with diabetes, and etc.."  Wife hung-up and I verified the number and location.  Called back and recording said I could be removed from their "do not call list" as a "preferred client" or some such BS.  No possibility to speak to a live person.  I'm on the DoNotCall list. The AG of Montana should take immediate action to "shut them down!"

I have a Panasonic phone that lets me blocks numbers - it will ring but only once then blocks the call.  I have been on a no call list ever since it came out - these calls still come.  Pinacle is the worst.  Lost a house to foreclosure due to a tenant never paying the rent and destroying the house - they bought the second for less than a penny on the dollar and they call 50 times a day from all these different numbers.  I am close to 80 and on social security - they told me to "go borrow the money on a credit card" and pay them.   There is no help from harrassing callers

This is the first time this number has called me.  I have no doubt it concerns diabetes.  I do not have it but my Mom who passed away (not from diabetes) ten years ago was a diabetic.
Must be calling because of my name.

I will not donate to any SCAM.  If I wish to donate I will donate to the actual cause not to a solicitor.  These calls must be coming from B&D Becton  Dickson

I am a business, and I'm getting calls one right after another from this number.  When I answer no one is there, just people talking in the background {call center}.  I understand they are trying to sell diabetes equipment. This happens for about an hour at a time, once or twice a week.

I have received several calls a day from above mentioned phone number.  It is quite annoying!  I called it back and the machine says if you don't want to receive calls to hit 1 to be removed.  I do that, but still get calls everyday.   it is never a person.  The caller ID say's "Montana".  I'm about ready to get rid of my home phone because of these annoying calls!!!  It doesn't happen on my cell and I can save money too.

these wackos keep calling and have called 8 times in 3 days and she sounds like shes talking far away with a foreign accent. This is a freakin scam they are wanting all my info and ss# and medicaid #. they need to be stopped. It comes in as a cellur call also.

I had the same thing happen to me. Some very nasty talking person said my doctor had told them
that I had diabetes and when I said "my doctor told you what!" they hung the phone up. I am 68 yrs old and would love to meet the sob in person........

The person who called me was very rude and told me that she was calling in regard to a request
from my doctor about me having diabetes. When I said "my doctor told you what!" she hung he phone
up. I tried to call her back and got a busy signal. The call was on a Friday night at 9:30. I was in bed
these people need to be put out of business immediately.....

unwanted seven times called

Called one day told don't have diabetes and am on do not call list the next day got two phone calls from the same number and company.  Very annoying.  I have now demanded the remove my number from their list, however expect the calls to continue because thats the way they work

I have received many, many cals from this number. The worman is very nasty and persistent. I blocked the number and they reset it and continue to call several times a day. This is very annoying and please have it stopped.  This is my phone and I pay to use it.  These calls are harassing and invading my privacy. Will contact FTC

Most annoying to fill up my answering machine with messages like this.  I call Tran-Atlantic to hear my messages and get this. I am on the do not call list but no one seems to pay any attention to this at all.
What is one to do other than return to smoke signals.

There is no way to stop these calls because current law allows them to use unregistered throw away cell phones.  You can't block them, because they will just use a different number to call you...this particular company has called us several times from different numbers...all of which have complaints filed on this website.  Going to the police won't help because they say this is not harassment...no matter how often they call.  The Do Not Call Registry only works for honest companies...these companies are NOT honest.  Often they aren't even located in your area or even in the country.  They call and call until you let them come to your house or you buy their product...which is always a scam.

The State and Federal authorities have told me they try to catch and punish these people, but they are untrackable and as soon as the authorities get close, they close up shop and open under a different name.

This problem has become epidemic.  Please pass this info on to all who are having these problems, tell them to contact their State and Federal politicians to try and get the laws changed, etc.  This is our only hope.

To save your sanity,  TURN OFF YOUR RINGERS and let your answering machine pick up the calls.  Muffle the speakers so you don't hear the calls come in.  Use your caller ID to keep track of the calls and report same number repeaters to the DNC Registry.  NEVER do business with a company that solicits you by phone, email or mail unless you KNOW WHO THEY ARE AND TRUST THEM.  If people would stop answering the phone when these people call, eventually they would stop because it would be a waste of their time.

About 10am EDT, I received a call from this number.  
I answered hello and no one spoke nor did they hang up.  
After a few seconds with nothing said, I hung up.
Then I paid to get the last number that called.
There are some weirdos out there.

they keep calling and leave no messenger  would like it to stop

Some people need to educate their local police departments, if they are calling at all hours of the day then YES IT IS ILLEGAL.
