This number has called me twice in the morning, and the phone hangs up without leaving a message.

I was called over two dozen times, over the course of more than a month. Always just ring, then hangup with no message, until Nov 6, 2015 they finally left a message. Turns out this was "Matrix Medical Network" a third party call center that got my number from New West Medical in Montana. Finally I was able to complain to New West to get the calls stopped! I think the reason for my receiving multiple calls with just hang ups was related to the use of an automated dialing system; the computer dials multiple numbers and just deals with the numbers that answer first or somehow gives up on some of the numbers that don't answer. I don't know what system they use but the result was for me, multiple hangup calls: whatever caused it, I consider this harassment, and New West Medical should be ashamed.

The name of the organization is New West Medicare (not New West Medical as I typed before). When I finally was able to call customer service to get them to stop the calls, the representative did admit to me that New West Medicare was using Matrix Medical to call their customers. Why I do not know; I did not ask and I am not interested anyway. The fact is that the system they used resulted in multiple hang up calls (I am guessing from an auto-dialing system).
