I did not answer the call because I was not familiar with the number.   A male caller left a message that I needed to rebook my cruise because there was a problem.   I never booked a cruise with any company.

Don't provide your credit card numbeR BECARFUL.  They toll me that I win a trip to DISNEY for 7 days that I need to pay $199 only for tax , I told them no I did not win if a have to paid 199 dollar they hang up the phone!!  Alert do not provide your credit card # from this number 14072152099

A women with this number called our home and told my husband that she was calling in response to my husband's phone call to them.  They said for $300 we could extend our trip reservation to 2017.    My husband told them to call back in 5 minutes, and then called me to see if I knew what they were talking about.  Neither of us knew anything, figured it was a scam, and when the person called back, he told them we were not interested.

This company called me out of the blue and asked me when I was going to schedule my trip.  I asked "What trip?" then they went into their spiel...they said that they had spoken to me previously and I had given them my credit card no. for a $315 (?) trip to a timeshare presentation in Napa back in 2012.   There is absolutely no way I would do that; for a few reasons.  

1. I survive on Disability and couldn't afford it.
2. Time share presentations are right up there with L.A. rush hour traffic, nails on a blackboard, curdled milk & having your "Check Engine" light come on.  
3. I don't know anyone in Napa, I don't drink and certainly can't afford a timeshare.

After their call, I changed my debit card and bank account number but still have no idea how they got it in the first place. How can I get my money back and wreak havoc on these low lifes??  Any help would be greatly appreciated.  When I googled the number there was already a reference to it in 800notes.com....See Below

Some lady by the name of Emily left a message saying that she has a package for us in her office to come by and pick it up. It is just a scam to get you to call them back, as they want to sell you a vacation.

I keep getting this voice mail from them:
"Hi Natasha this is Emily at preferred guest resorts I'm sorry I didn't call you back sooner but just got a little busy here. I still have that package that to the side for you. Just call me back as soon as you get a chance the number is 407-215-2099. My extension is 11711. I'll be more than happy to help you out so I'll be looking out for your call."

Just left voicemail saying that they were Allie from Ticketmaster and they wanted me to complete my purchase with them. Also mentioned something about a trip to Disney that I won. I never purchased anything from Ticketmaster nor did I enter myself in a contest to win a trip to Disney. DO NOT ANSWER OR PROVIDE ANY PERSONAL DETAILS. They are SCAMMERS!
