Recorded message offering in home energy assessment and government stimulus money to help reduce energy costs by up to 50%.  At the end of the message it says to press one to set up your in home energy assessment and be connected to an agent.  Or you can press 2 and be removed from the call list.

We have pressed 2 numerous times and still have not been removed from the list.  This morning I pressed one to speak with and agent and told the lady that answered I wanted to be removed from the list.  She continued to press me about why I didn't want to be on the call list and why we were not interested in lowering our energy costs.  She assured me that this was government stimulus money and we would benefit from an appointment.  I told her again I wasn't interested and to please remove me from the list.  She insisted on continuing her point and I just hung up on her.  

When she answered the phone she said, "Public Energy Center."  Although a google search yeilds no returns on any such company.
