My phone is busy lately with 'Active Calls' that are usually related to scams. I answered one this evening 6/18/ 2014 and was directed by a heavy accented voice to wait for a 'Business' call: Then a collector for a Tate and Kerlin office (not spelled right probably) took over, When I hung up after telling him I had never been in Philadelphia or Penn. I looked up recent calls on my cell phone, possibly the second call was the one above. Sometimes the active calls can clear my phone battery? or seem to. I received a letter a few weeks ago with a Tate and Kerlin heading. I never heard of the account. My ex (since '86)  and his friends worked at a Philadelphia office in and pre '86 handling a NY University office handling students in foreign countries. Probably still helping my sis in law use my museum shown paintings as her own (silk-screening them first then stealing originals years later). They decorate her medical employment, Real Estate and Travel offices. I assume originals now signed by herself (switching ancestry by extending my family Eng.. and Scottish to Ireland. She wants me to leave Florida so she can have her painting (retrospect) show here in FL before her museum pals are retired. .Ex relatives of 'herself' and my relatives still working for her companies have one attorney 'Wanted',  supposed to be in Costa Rica, probably here in FL. Brought by our relatives involved in her Charity and Catering planes; part of her Med. Research Project parties...paid for by their  taxes.  I receive calls using 'active call' number from scammers at all hours even though on the no call list, Possibly from a 'family' telephone co in Tarpon Springs. All are building a international 'family like the Texas Dynasty show. Some calls in the past year also saying they wanted $100 from me immediately to enable winning a Publisher's Clearing House prize 'go borrow money from anybody' etc. All start out 'Active Call' (sounds like from India) I suppose avoiding the BLock Calls zone..I won't be answering any more 'active calls' and will probably miss medical calls from medical insurance offices regarding taking proper tests. What a shame.

The call to me from this number was from Duke Energy wanting to do an audit on some work that had been done by third party contractors.
