Having the same issue. This has been going on for weeks. I pressed 2 to be removed from the list and I blocked the number. Somehow they still keep calling!! They call from this number:
713-241-3472. Finally I pressed 1 to say I'd like to take them up on their offer and when I voice came on I told her the situation and asked how they got my number. She hung up on me!!

The so called "National Energy Coalition" has been calling me every day or every other day for many weeks now. Want to save me 3700.00 dollars. They ignore my requests to be removed from their call list.

Can everyone post all details for each number that they can?

It's just a hunch, but there may be a way to stop the calls.

Also, if it is a scam, then it would be in their best interest to monitor threads like these, so assume they do (If you're wrong, no harm done). Furthermore, we can safely assume that they get something out of these calls. It would be unwise to give them anything that they ask for, as they do this enough that they have probably seen what ever you have planned before, and they would have a way around it.

My motto regarding these things: If you didn't write the rules, don't play the game.

crossed referenced to see who they are assigned to??

sound to me like all of you are getting a little 2 aggravated over a stupid phone call.    ill bet you legit mad when they call and still pick up the phone.  its very funny to me cause i got this call before and it did not bother me in the least.... ppl getting all mad and trying to file complaints....  just relax, if they call get to a live person like i did and say im just not interested in whatever you have can you please remove me from your list..... they informed me that the do not call list only applies to sale people and telemarketers but they have a personal do not call list and i would be added to that.  problem solved.  no rage, no police, no complaints filed, never got a call again.    
imo so many people nowdays have to short of a fuse and if you are just nice to people you usually get what you want, and even if you dont, its not worth raising you blood pressure over.
