Looks to me with the number of reports here and other websites - it appears to be telemarketer.

Multiple unsolicited and unidentified calls to my unlisted phone from this number go unanswered thanks to Caller-ID and messages are never left by these nuisances. Registering with Caller-ID isn't much help. Beware!

do not answer unknown numbers, period.   obviously a robo scammer, telemarketer, charity, boo hoo callers, etc.

yes, this is copied and  pasted message (above), i am not going to re-type the same thing over and over. these numbers are the junk callers from a week ago,. going thru them to report

407-476-0195 calls supposedly from Orlando, trying to sell you a neck, back or leg brace that Medicare will pay for. They left a message to this effect and asked that I return the call at 1-855-607-8225. I tried the first number (407) and the operator said call could not go through. I then called the 1-855 number and a voice came on asking for the code that was on the postcard that I received. I did not give them the code but asked that they take me off their calling list. I asked for the name of the company and woman would not give that to me, just saying they deal with durable medical equipment. I am sure Medicare does not contract with such an outfit and would conclude this is a scam to get personal information.
