    Definitely a scammer trying to extract credit card info. My caller was identified as "Chris", an inmate at the Orlando Orange County Correctional facility.

    Blocking conveys no message and will not prevent them from calling. What will work is contacting that Correctional Facility directly and telling them that you don't want calls anymore.
