Same thing. Been calling for months. Blocked him and now he has found me again. Asked about birth control. I just kept saying NO. Even asked if I'd had surgery on any part of my body. I've hung up. I've blocked. I've yelled. Nothing works.

This guy will not give up.  He has been calling me for months.  I've pretended they have the wrong number.  Asked for supervisor and told him I would not give him any information.  He has not said disgusting things but I can't get rid of him.

Just had a voicemail from this number. Very thick Indian accent, at first he just kept saying hello over and over. Idiot couldn't even figure out that he was not talking to a real person. Said something about medical department, lots of noise in the background. I never pick up on these bogus calls.

They are calling from their own country which is why the accent is so heavy.  The companies in this country outsource the calling jobs to other countries.  When you get someone, whom you can't understand, ask what country they are calling from.  Then tell them you want to speak to someone from the United States.  Usually they will transfer you to someone in the states.

Same and yes, to everything every one has mentioned, would add the following:
Wants to files lawsuits, is rude when you refuse information, and should have legal actions brought against them. If this is what I have to endure, after some of the things they have said to me, I wish someone could arraign a face to face. I'd deal with it then! Crap, disgusting, intrusive calls!

say call asked them to take me off their stupid list 10 times now but they keep calling anyways. WHy can't they get the hint and leave us alone.

I have received calls from this number on a daily basis. Seems the more I use my phone the more he calls. (not sure if that is a coincidence.) Always asking for a Jennifer, but never saying who he was or who he was with. Told him several times I was not Jennifer and did not know any Jennifers, usually he hangs up, but there has been several occasions that he has yelled something (could not understand him) I have started ignoring the calls, which makes them more frequent. Anyway to stop this guy? I'm usually a patient person, but its getting really old. Been going on for almost 6 months. Glad to know I am not the only one having this issue.

This just happened to me exactly, called said he was with a "Medical Department" and I asked what Medical Department and he just kept saying it over then I told him if he called back again I would just block the call, so go get a life.  texted him a nasty text and had Verizon Block Him. 10/28/2013
