This guy is really good. He had my wife going, almost hooked her. He said we had paid for a vacation trip in 2012 with  $598.00 down pmnt and wondered why we never took advantage of it. Beware people these guys are trying every trick in the book. I stopped him before he got the hook in. Sorry Charlie, only the best tuna gets away... Nice try though. He is now blocked and reported.

Multiple calls from different numbers saying I paid them money for vacations that I never went on. Won't give me a refund for the supposed money and keeps calling.

Guy said being taken off his list is a privilege. Isnt there a do not call list?

...you do realize that scammers often spoof numbers, right?  That person may be entirely innocent.

Keep getting calls from a guy named Terrence from this number about a supposed vacation I bought.  I never did and they won't keep calling.  Claimed I had put down $598 and just needed another $598 to claim it.  Said it was under "Above and Beyond Travel".

Seems this clown is really active lately, eh?  He has called multiple times myself, but I always say no, how do I permanantly block his number?

Invest in a call blocker and DO NOT pick up on call numbers you do not recognize.

The people calling you are basically criminals and ignore all laws.  Invest in a call blocker.
