Rang twice and then hung up.  No message either.  This is an Orlando, FL area code.

Received call "unknown number" no message

Missed call from this number. I called them back and it doesn't seem is ringin,just kept quiet.

They called me today, I don't answer unknown numbers, no message left so it's not important!!! Blocked!!!

Same here received a call which I missed (after reading above good that I missed) and no voice message left.

Called this number back as soon as it stopped ring, Verizon said the  number was unavailable  at this time. 30 seconds maybe when  i called  back and its unavailable  wtf!!!!!!

Meaning the number doesn't EXIST and the info on your caller ID was spoofed!

This is certainly spam.

This is a robo call.  They access telephone numbers through PPL's contact list in their cell phones.  You agree to give them permission/access to your contact list when you play certain games, or enable certain platforms, apps, etc.
Always read the fine print in the Terms & Agreement.  Nothing is free.  You download "free" apps per your cell, you give them your permission to anything in your cell phone.
