Most numbers are spoofed.  The last thing these places want is to be tracked down since they are breaking the laws to begin with.

I also have been getting this call. I called FCC to file a complaint, suggest you do the same. The person that is calling live in Milpitas Ca. Name is Paul Mamaril  and address is [removed] Got this info. from the web.

This information may not be accurate. Most numbers are spoofed and then innocent people get nasty calls. Just because someones info shows up does not mean this person is actually the one calling you

get calls several times a day.  No message.  If answer it is dead air.  If I call it back it says the number is disconnected. I am on the DNC list for over 4 years.  Sigh.

get call from 408-262-4197 every day between 8 and 10 AM; sometimes twice a day
when I answer there is no one on the line.
caller id says --- out of area

I receive calls from this number daily, sometimes twice a day.  It is bothersome!!  I had thought that I had blocked such calls.
