408 264 2757 has called my cell about 6 times each day and there is no one on the other end.  It rings I pick up and about 10 seconds later it hangs up.  This is getting annoying as this has gone on for over a week now.

Called 3 times today, so far. Never picked it up.

Called 10 times/day for the last 2,3 days.

They have been calling me 6x/day for the past week. I finally answered today and immediately told them to take me off their phone list.  The person pushed back and said let me talk to you first.  I said "no...take me off of your phone list", I can't talk while I'm at work.  They offered to call in evenings and weekends and I said "no...take me off of your phone list".  Hopefully that's the last time they call me.  

This number calls several times a day and once answered they hang up.

I have been getting calls from this number on and off for the past few weeks, anywhere from 3-5 times daily. Today, I have been called eight times and it's not even 1:30PM yet...

Somebody needs to put a stop to this.

Got call from this number 3 times a day without any one talking, just called and hang up. Annoying.

It is the most annoying thing they have been doing. They call up at least 15 to 20 times a day. When I pickup there is no one on the other end. Even on Sunday's I get their annoying calls. Today I got at 8:35am,8:56am, 9:19am, 9:36am, 10:19am, 10:49am, 11:21am, 12:49am, 1:40pm. (and time now is 1:51pm).

Is there anywhere we can complain this too?

This number keeps calling every hour, even at night.

This number keeps calling my home three times a day,  caller Id shows the name Trainia Levio don't know who that is so I don't pick up. My son said he answered it yesterday when they kept calling but they hung up!

Multiple calls a day, for more than a month

(408) 264-2763 called repeatedly - about twice per day ... yet there wasn't anyone on the line. After a few days, finally someone was on the line and they asked for someone not me (I've had this cell phone number for almost 17 years now). I told the person they had the wrong number and asked that they stop calling me. The caller responded: well, we won't call you again from THIS number - - and hung up.

Next, I start getting calls from (408) 264-2757.

And both those numbers are disconnected when you call them back.

Tonight, however, the guy calling is a royal jerk -- I asked him to stop calling, and that they have the wrong number. The kid responded saying: Tough [***]. I will call you back tomorrow after you've calmed down.

The nerve of this [***]. And less than ten minutes later, they're calling again. But no one is on the line when I answer.

This has been ongoing for most of 2014 - using a different number that is disconnected. I just have the info this month, Dec 2014, and I just filed a complaint with the FCC's Complaint Department.

[WHO ARE THEY?]

408-264-XXXX Caller ID hijacked numbers. The following companies 1) to 7) are said to be associated and hired telemarketers with these scam calls. The telemarketers they hire not only hijacks private numbers but also violates several FTC laws.


[WHAT THEY DO?]

They have been calling on one of these numbers during weekdays and Sundays with average of 10 to 20 calls per day. They keep switching the last four digits repeating the same calls. The number uses the caller ID of innocent third person as a victim and pretend they are not scams. The same old method when you pick up there is no one there and hungs up. When you call back the number says it is of a terminated or disconnected line. National Do Not Call Registry means nothing to them.
